Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute product strategies for unit trust offerings aligned with market trends and customer needs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage product lifecycle from conception to decommissioning, including pricing and positioning
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure product success
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement optimization initiatives
- Maintain regulatory compliance and stay updated on industry changes
- Build relationships with product providers and distributors to enhance distribution channels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in product management within financial services
- Proven track record in unit trust or investment product development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of FSCA regulations and industry compliance standards
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools and methodologies
