Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver superior customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer expectations effectively.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and fund transfers with accuracy and speed.
- Proactively promote and sell Security Bank’s products and services to meet branch sales targets.
- Assist in the opening of new accounts and facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to bank security protocols, internal policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and manage teller duties responsibly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or banking is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet individual and team performance goals.
- Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office applications.
- PRC Licensed Bankers are a significant advantage.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
