Tanggung Jawab
- Process diverse banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and account openings
- Actively promote and cross-sell bank products (loans, credit cards, investments) to meet targets
- Provide personalized financial advice to customers based on their needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate channels
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales and service goals
- Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- 1+ years experience in customer service, sales, or retail banking preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-focused mindset
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Integrity and commitment to ethical banking practices
- Willingness to work on weekends/holidays as per branch requirements
