Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding banking products, services, and account inquiries
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer transactions and account updates according to banking procedures
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
- Upsell banking products and services when appropriate opportunities arise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Pleasant personality with patience and empathy towards customers
