This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated sales expert to join a growing team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing key client relationships across the ID, Commercial, and Renovation sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Interior Design, Commercial, and Renovation sectors.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial lead contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with the design and technical teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the interior design, construction, or renovation industry.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies.
