Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Interior Design, Commercial, and Renovation sectors.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial lead contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and technical teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the interior design, construction, or renovation industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies.
