You are joining Sutherland, a global business transformation company offering an integrated set of back-office and customer service support services. We are seeking a dynamic Channel Account Management Specialist focused on the Cyber Security sector. This role is critical in driving our channel sales strategy and expanding our market presence in the Philippines.
As a Channel Account Management Specialist, you will serve as the bridge between Sutherland and our strategic partners. Your primary objective will be to manage partner relationships, ensure high partner satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through effective channel management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and support partners in achieving their sales targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute joint business plans to achieve agreed-upon revenue targets.
- Identify and recruit new strategic partners within the Cyber Security industry.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded campaigns and promotional materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and escalations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Channel Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of the Cyber Security landscape, products, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for partner meetings.
