Tanggung Jawab
- Screen and triage incoming calls to ensure efficient routing to appropriate departments
- Provide accurate information about products/services in Kapampangan and English
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed call records
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Adhere to quality assurance protocols and compliance standards
- Continuously update knowledge on product updates and service procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Must be a fluent Kapampangan speaker with strong English communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous call center or customer service experience (6+ months)
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
