Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation procedures
- Support production line upgrades and technology transitions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in equipment maintenance (semiconductor preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and manuals
- Ability to work rotating shifts in cleanroom environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CMMS, Six Sigma) advantageous
