Tanggung Jawab
- Provide compassionate personal care and companionship to clients in their homes or at day care centres across Singapore.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, feeding, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, and needs to the care coordination team promptly.
- Engage clients in meaningful cognitive and social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for clients to prevent accidents and infections.
- Adhere strictly to Homage’s established care plans, protocols, and safety standards at all times.
- Accurately document care provided and client observations via the Homage mobile application after each shift.
- Collaborate effectively with family members, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, client-centred care.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled as a student in a local ITE, Polytechnic, or University (any discipline of study is welcome).
- A genuine passion for helping others and a strong sense of empathy and patience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with elderly or vulnerable clients.
- Reliable, responsible, and adaptable with a consistently positive and caring attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks safely.
- Must be fully vaccinated or willing to undergo required health screenings as mandated by clients or care facilities.
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is an advantage but not required — comprehensive paid training will be provided.
