Join our prestigious 4-star hotel in the heart of Singapore's Central Region as a Bellman/Doorman/Porter. We're urgently seeking three dedicated individuals to become the first point of contact for our valued guests, delivering exceptional service that creates memorable experiences.
This position offers an attractive compensation package of up to $2,500 monthly, plus additional benefits including allowances, AWS (Additional Wage Supplement), VB (Variable Bonus), and complimentary meals. You'll work a 6-day week with 8-hour shifts, providing you with a balanced work schedule while being part of a dynamic hospitality team.
As a Bellman/Doorman/Porter, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage, providing information about local attractions, ensuring the entrance area is pristine, and supporting various guest services throughout your shift.
We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure all team members meet our high standards of service excellence.

- Warmly greet and assist hotel guests with luggage and belongings
- Manage the entrance area, ensuring a welcoming and professional appearance
- Provide information about local attractions, transportation, and hotel services
- Safely transport luggage between guest rooms and vehicles
- Assist with valet parking services when required
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of entrance areas and lobby
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
