- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and offering effective, long-term solutions.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through active listening and follow-through.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products while adhering to company guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a BPO or Call Center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
