Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for Sales App Account customers
- Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and payment concerns efficiently
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer experience workflows
- Adhere to company policies and industry compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months BPO/customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English/Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sales aptitude
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing (30 WPM+)
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga
