Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status to resolve issues.
- Process transactions and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify, assess, and resolve customer problems to ensure satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors or departments when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and team targets.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree holder (any field).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to undergo a virtual interview process and start immediately.
- Ability to work full-time hours.
