In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, supporting clients through the Fixed-Line process. We offer a Hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaboration of an on-site team. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding telecommunications services and inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing, and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to call scripts, quality assurance guidelines, and daily performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to enhance revenue.
  • Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance teams to continuously improve service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center, BPO, or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid environment (on-site and remote).
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.
