Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and confidently.
- Identify customer pain points and offer relevant products or services to meet their needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve sales strategies and performance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years old or a College Graduate (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
