FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAQ Supervisor to join our expanding team in Leyte. As a leader in the telecommunications industry, we are committed to building robust network infrastructure across the region. This is an urgent opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in Site Acquisition and Right of Way (ROW) management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end permitting and acquisition processes, ensuring that our projects proceed smoothly and efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the entire Site Acquisition process, ensuring timely acquisition of land and assets.
- Lead the Right of Way (ROW) negotiations and permit applications in compliance with local government regulations.
- Supervise and mentor a team of site acquisition specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, and legal departments to align acquisition goals with project timelines.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to identify potential acquisition challenges.
- Resolve land access disputes and community issues through effective communication and negotiation.
- Ensure all documentation and contracts are accurately filed and maintained.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry, specifically in Permitting and Site Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Right of Way (ROW) laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local dialects.
- Willingness to travel within Leyte and surrounding areas.
- Valid Professional License (if required).
