Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance
- Collaborate with property management teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Order and manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in the implementation of facility improvement projects and system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance
- Valid electrical or mechanical certification is highly desirable
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems efficiently
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for maintenance record keeping
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
