Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings and blueprints for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy
- Revise and update drawings based on project changes and feedback
- Prepare documentation for building permits and regulatory compliance
- Use CAD software to produce precise and professional drawings
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure drawings are implemented correctly
- Maintain organized digital and physical archives of all project drawings
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Architectural/Civil/Engineering Drafting
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction drafting
- Strong attention to detail and precision in technical work
- Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
