Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and quality control tests on electronic components and assemblies to ensure strict adherence to specifications.
- Analyze defective products and non-conformance reports (NCRs) to identify root causes and propose effective corrective actions.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as CMM, micrometers, and calipers, alongside statistical process control (SPC) tools.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, test data, and quality metrics for management reporting.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 quality management systems and workplace safety protocols.
- Train junior staff on quality standards and inspection techniques to maintain team excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within the electronics manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and quality inspection methodologies.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
