In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for selling high-quality M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), ELV (Extra Low Voltage), and Data Centre cabling solutions to a diverse range of clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive new business development and sales growth specifically in the M&E and Data Centre sectors.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Conduct effective product presentations and technical demonstrations to showcase cabling infrastructure solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the M&E, ELV, or Data Centre industry.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Relevant degree or professional certification in Engineering, Business, or Sales is a plus.
