We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAQ Supervisor to lead our Site Acquisition and Permitting operations in Bohol. In this critical role, you will oversee the strategic planning and execution of acquiring necessary rights of way and physical sites for our expanding fiber optic infrastructure network. You will act as the primary point of contact for negotiations with landowners, local government units, and regulatory bodies, ensuring that projects adhere to strict timelines and compliance standards.
As the leader of our acquisition team, you will drive process improvements, mentor junior staff, and resolve complex land access issues. We are looking for a professional with a deep understanding of the telecommunications landscape in the Visayas region. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Site Acquisition and Permitting (SAQ) department for all projects in Bohol.
- Negotiate Right of Way (ROW) agreements and lease contracts with landowners, communities, and government entities.
- Ensure full compliance with local zoning laws, national regulations, and company policies regarding site acquisition.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments for proposed infrastructure locations.
- Oversee and mentor a team of acquisition specialists, providing guidance on negotiation tactics and legal requirements.
- Resolve conflicts and legal issues related to land access and physical site acquisition efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all acquired sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven expertise in Permitting, Right of Way (ROW), and Site Acquisition processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bohol.
- Familiarity with Philippine land laws, local government procedures, and administrative regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
