Position: US Account Sales Representative
Location: Patag, Misamis Oriental (On-site)
Salary: ₱16,000 - ₱20,000 per month + Uncapped Commission
As our US Account Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts in the United States. You will utilize your sales skills to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, including cold calling, email outreach, and virtual meetings. You will work closely with our international team to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of US-based client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably handling US accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong ability to build rapport and close deals over the phone and via virtual meetings.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
