Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, automate, and maintain complex dashboards and reports to support US business operations.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data integration and visualization.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms and analytical models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate data insights effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular executive-level summaries.
- Maintain data documentation and reporting standards to ensure scalability and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar reporting role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data extraction techniques.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query, Advanced Formulas).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with US-based clients or in a BPO environment is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
