- Manage and resolve unpaid claims, denials, and accounts receivable for US healthcare providers
- Conduct thorough follow-up on outstanding balances with insurance companies and patients
- Analyze claim denials and implement corrective actions to prevent future rejections
- Perform billing reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies
- Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records in the system

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in healthcare billing, collections, or revenue cycle management preferred
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare systems, insurance processes, and billing regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office applications
