Med-Metrix International is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented US Healthcare Trainer to join our growing team in Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the expertise of our forensic billing teams, ensuring that our output meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance within the US healthcare ecosystem.
You will lead training initiatives covering the entire claim lifecycle—from initial billing and scrubbing to complex denials management and appeals processing. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and facilitate comprehensive training programs focused on US medical billing, coding, and claim adjudication.
- Develop and maintain updated training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation for Revenue Cycle Management workflows.
- Conduct deep-dive sessions on complex claim denials, root cause analysis, and effective appeal strategies.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, side-by-side coaching, and quality audits to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with operations leaders to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted upskilling initiatives.
- Stay abreast of updates in US healthcare regulations, payer policies, and industry best practices.
- Provide continuous feedback and mentorship to new hires and existing staff to enhance overall productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, specifically in billing and denials management.
- Proven experience as a Trainer, Quality Analyst, or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a BPO or healthcare-specific environment.
- Expert-level knowledge of medical billing processes, CMS guidelines, and commercial payer policies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Proficiency in using medical billing software, clearinghouse portals, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience in conducting virtual and face-to-face training sessions is highly preferred.
