Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of US payroll processing experience in BPO or financial services
- Strong understanding of US payroll tax laws, garnishments, and compliance requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with clear articulation of complex concepts
- Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms)
- Ability to handle high-pressure escalations with composure and professionalism
- Detail-oriented approach with proven accuracy in data processing
