Sagility, a premier healthcare business process services company, is seeking experienced US Registered Nurses to join our growing team in Quezon City. As a USRN with Sagility, you will handle inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers across the United States, providing accurate symptom assessment, health advice, and medication management within established protocols.
Your responsibilities include documenting patient interactions in real time, identifying urgent situations, and coordinating with physicians to ensure continuity of care. You will receive comprehensive training on our systems and guidelines to ensure you can provide the highest quality service. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate clinical assessments and health advice over the phone in accordance with protocols and scope of practice.
- Assist patients with symptom management, medication queries, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Document all patient interactions thoroughly in electronic health records while maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and escalate emergencies appropriately.
- Stay updated on US healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance, and clinical guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs.
- Deliver empathetic patient-centered care, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and excellent communication skills.
Kualifikasi
- Active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse license (compact or multi-state preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or associate degree with equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or telehealth setting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a neutral accent.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard computer applications.
- Willingness to work in Quezon City with flexible shifts that may include nights, weekends, and US holidays.
