- Manage inbound/outbound communications regarding US retirement plans, 401(k)s, and pension distributions
- Resolve complex account inquiries, benefit calculations, and rollover eligibility assessments
- Document client interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with financial advisors to develop customized retirement income strategies
- Conduct thorough research on tax implications, Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), and beneficiary designations
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for supplemental retirement products and services
- Maintain detailed knowledge of US retirement legislation and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in financial services or retirement planning
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of US retirement regulations (ERISA, IRS Code 401(k), IRA rules)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with neutral American accent proficiency
- Certification in retirement planning (CRC, AIF) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Ability to navigate complex financial calculations and explain concepts clearly to non-experts
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics in customer service roles
