Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for used car credit products in the Bekasi area
- Identify and engage potential customers through direct sales, partnerships, and digital channels
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and documentation for loan applications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships and referral partners
- Explain credit terms, conditions, and benefits to customers with clarity and professionalism
- Track sales performance and prepare regular progress reports for management
- Stay updated on automotive market trends and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Maximum age of 32 years at time of application
- Minimum 1 year of experience in surveying, sales, or credit assessment roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and familiarity with Bekasi region
- Ability to work under sales targets and meet KPI requirements
