We are looking for a motivated Used & Recon Car Sales Advisor to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find their perfect vehicle while driving sales growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential customers to generate new sales leads.
- Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and test drives, highlighting key features and benefits of our inventory.
- Provide expert advice on vehicle financing options, insurance, and warranty packages.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of current market trends, pricing, and vehicle specifications for various models.
- Follow up with prospective buyers consistently to nurture leads and close sales effectively.
- Ensure the showroom and vehicle displays are maintained to the highest standards of presentation.
- Collaborate with the finance and administration departments to ensure seamless vehicle handover processes.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a high-pressure retail sales environment is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- A valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay, English, and/or local dialects.
- Strong negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset and a hunger for success.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required by the retail automotive schedule.
- Professional grooming and a positive, customer-first attitude.
