Tanggung Jawab
- Manage DCM's calendar, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange diplomatic travel logistics
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for diplomatic engagements
- Oversee office operations, procurement, and facilities management
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and serve as primary liaison point
- Manage classified document handling protocols and security compliance
- Support event planning for official functions and diplomatic ceremonies
- Maintain administrative databases and records management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in executive office administration or diplomatic support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and diplomatic communication protocols
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (verbal/written)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Knowledge of diplomatic etiquette and ASEAN institutional framework
- Security clearance eligibility and ability to handle sensitive information
