Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the quality assurance of deliverables to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field (or equivalent experience in healthcare operations).
- Proven track record of leadership in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong experience in training and developing management-level staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work setting.
