Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze healthcare processes and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct thorough quality audits and assessments of healthcare services delivered through BPO channels
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality
- Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to stakeholders and management
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to healthcare service quality
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and BPO teams to maintain high service standards
- Stay updated with the latest healthcare regulations and quality assurance methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (USRN) with active license from the Professional Regulation Commission
- At least 1-2 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using quality assessment tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work nightshift schedule
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, JCI) is a plus
