Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide appropriate clinical guidance through telephonic or digital channels.
- Perform utilization review, prior authorization, and case management activities in compliance with healthcare regulations and client protocols.
- Educate patients and healthcare providers on health conditions, treatment plans, and wellness strategies.
- Document all interactions and interventions accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on clinical best practices and industry standards.
- Represent WNS and its clients with professionalism, empathy, and integrity in all communications.
Kualifikasi
- Active and unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license required.
- Valid and active Philippine Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven BPO environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
