The ideal candidate must hold an active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license and possess a proven track record of training healthcare staff within the BPO sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Curriculum Development: Design and update training modules to reflect the latest healthcare standards and BPO operational procedures.
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, orientation programs, and coaching clinics for USRN staff.
- Mentorship: Provide one-on-one mentorship and guidance to trainees to ensure they meet quality and performance targets.
- Evaluation: Assess trainee progress through assessments and practical evaluations, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all training materials adhere to healthcare regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies.
- Process Improvement: Identify skill gaps in the team and collaborate with management to develop solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Licensure: Must possess an active and valid US Registered Nurse (USRN) license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Healthcare BPO Trainer role.
- Medical Knowledge: Strong understanding of US healthcare systems, medical terminology, and patient care protocols.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to teach complex topics clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic office software.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
