Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on utility systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize operational downtime
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Document maintenance activities, prepare work orders, and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to address complex maintenance issues
- Order necessary parts and materials for maintenance and repair activities
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
Kualifikasi
- Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in utility systems maintenance or production equipment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment maintenance software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
