We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Utility Engineer to join our facility in Jonggol, Jawa Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, ensuring that all factory utility systems operate at peak performance, safety, and reliability.
As our Utility Engineer, you will manage complex mechanical and electrical systems, perform critical troubleshooting, and spearhead preventative maintenance programs. You will work closely with the production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize energy consumption. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, maintain, and repair factory utility systems, including compressors, chillers, boilers, HVAC, and water treatment systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules as per standard operating procedures.
- Manage spare parts inventory for utility equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs or upgrades.
- Analyze utility performance data to identify opportunities for energy cost reduction and operational improvements.
- Supervise external contractors and technicians during major system overhauls or installations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all maintenance activities, logs, and compliance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar Utility Engineer or Maintenance Engineer role within a manufacturing environment (plastics industry experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of industrial utility systems: air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and electrical distribution panels.
- Proficient in technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) techniques.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, OHSAS/K3, and environmental safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical blueprints.
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced production setting.
- Willingness to be based in Jonggol, Jawa Barat.
