Hartalega is seeking a skilled and dedicated Utility Engineer to join our dynamic team in Selangor. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of our critical utility assets, ensuring seamless plant operations.
You will oversee the daily operations of complex systems including the Boiler, Chiller, Air Compressor, and the comprehensive Waste Water Treatment plant. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the Boiler, Chiller, and Air Compressor systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage the daily operations of the Waste Water Treatment (WWT) plant, ensuring full compliance with environmental regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of utility equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Monitor utility consumption (energy, water, steam) and implement efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in utility systems promptly to maintain continuous production flow.
- Ensure all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute utility system upgrades or retrofits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in utility plant operations, specifically within the Waste Water Treatment sector.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) for Boiler operation is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, and air compression technology.
- Familiarity with Malaysian Environmental Quality Act (EQA) guidelines regarding effluent discharge and environmental protection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work shifts and adapt to the 24/7 manufacturing environment.
