Indonic Tangerang Investment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Utility & HSE Supervisor to join our dynamic facility in Karawang. As our Utility & HSE Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to maintaining critical plant utilitiesâincluding electricity, water, HVAC, and waste management systemsâwhile championing a 'Safety First' culture. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and preventative maintenance of all facility utility systems, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC.
- Develop and enforce robust HSE protocols to ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and international safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the utility technical team to ensure high performance and efficient task execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement proactive corrective measures.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for specialized utility equipment and repairs.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety training programs for all plant personnel.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance schedules, energy consumption, and safety compliance records.
- Analyze operational data to suggest improvements for energy efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or industrial utility operations.
- Strong certification and working knowledge of K3 (HSE) standards in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate technical staff in a high-pressure manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Technical proficiency in reading engineering blueprints, electrical schematics, and facility management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on preventative maintenance and systematic root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with management and shop-floor personnel.
- Willingness to be based in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
