As our Utility Personnel, you are the backbone of our facility's daily operations. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that every corner of our premises, from the sales floor to the warehouse and office spaces, is spotless, safe, and welcoming for both our team and our valued customers. You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks that keep our business running efficiently. This role is more than just cleaning; it is a vital support function that touches every department.
Your day-to-day activities will include comprehensive cleaning and sanitation tasks, waste management and segregation, minor repair work, and assisting with the movement and organization of stock and supplies. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, values teamwork, and has a strong sense of responsibility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the office, warehouse, and retail areas.
- Sweep, mop, and polish floors; dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and restroom consumables.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and reporting major repair needs.
- Assist in arranging and organizing inventory and stock within the premises.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
- Provide support to different departments as needed for events or special projects.
Kualifikasi
- At least High School Graduate (K-12 Graduate preferred).
- At least 6 months of related experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks and lifting light to moderate loads.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Trustworthy, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to be a team player.
- Must be willing to work in Davao City, Davao del Sur.
