Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the office and facility areas tidy and professional.
- Assist in the movement, arrangement, and setup of office equipment, furniture, and supplies as required.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and facility necessities, reporting shortages to management.
- Coordinate with different departments to assist with light repair work or maintenance needs.
- Ensure that common areas, pantry, and restrooms meet high hygiene and safety standards.
- Support daily administrative logistics, including document delivery or messenger tasks if necessary.
- Comply with all company health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Vocational training is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Utility worker, Janitor, or in a general maintenance role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when required.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, facility maintenance tools, and safety practices.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, cooperative attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if business needs arise.
