Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the store, kitchen area, and dining space.
- Ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored according to food safety protocols.
- Assist in the proper disposal of waste and management of recycling materials.
- Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams during peak hours to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and stock levels as needed.
- Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
- Uphold the company’s standards for quality service and customer hospitality.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a utility, housekeeping, or food service role is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to handle cleaning equipment and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent attendance record and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
