Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of utility systems (water, electricity, HVAC)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot utility equipment malfunctions
- Operate and monitor utility control systems for optimal performance
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan
- Document maintenance activities and prepare operational reports
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Respond to emergency utility outages with prompt resolution
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certificate in engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in utility maintenance or technical operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Certification in utility safety protocols (e.g., OSHA equivalent)
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
