We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Utility Supervisor to oversee and ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of all utility systems at our Dumai facility. This critical role involves managing utility teams, optimizing system performance, and implementing robust maintenance protocols to support our industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utility infrastructure management, with expertise in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. You will be responsible for developing preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of utility systems including electrical distribution, boilers, chillers, and water treatment plants
- Manage and coordinate a team of utility technicians, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy efficiency initiatives
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with OHS standards
- Investigate system failures and coordinate repairs to minimize operational downtime
- Prepare detailed reports on utility operations, maintenance activities, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facility improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in utility system supervision or industrial facility management
- Strong knowledge of utility infrastructure including electrical distribution, HVAC, and steam systems
- Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001) is highly desirable
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff development
- Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex utility systems
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and CMMS systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments
