Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily utility operations, including power generation, water systems, and HVAC maintenance.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve machinery malfunctions promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on critical utility equipment.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve machine performance and energy efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on equipment performance, repair history, and maintenance costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new machinery and upgrade existing systems.
- Provide technical recommendations and solutions to management regarding equipment investments and repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in utility management, plant maintenance, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical panels, and utility distribution systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead a technical team.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety (K3) regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
