Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of plant utility systems to ensure continuous support for production lines.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the technical utility maintenance team.
- Manage and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for boilers, chillers, compressors, and HVAC systems.
- Monitor utility consumption metrics and implement cost-effective solutions to improve energy efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) and environmental regulations within the utility department.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for critical maintenance supplies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis for system failures to prevent downtime.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management regarding utility performance and budget adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in utility management or industrial maintenance, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Boiler systems, Water Treatment (WTP/WWTP), Compressors, and Electrical power distribution.
- Solid understanding of safety standards (HSE/K3) and international quality management systems (ISO, HACCP).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external contractors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational maintenance.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Willing to work in a shift-based environment and located in Tangerang, Banten.
