Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily utility operations including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan
- Lead and mentor a team of utility technicians, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards
- Monitor utility performance metrics and implement efficiency improvements
- Coordinate emergency repairs and system troubleshooting during operational disruptions
- Prepare detailed reports on utility consumption, costs, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with production departments to align utility operations with production schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (minimum GPA 3.00/4.00)
- Maximum age of 30 years old at the time of application
- Minimum 2 years of experience in utility supervision or related technical field
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and maintenance manuals
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions during emergencies
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments
