Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise utility maintenance teams to ensure efficient facility operations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all utility systems
- Oversee installation, repair, and optimization of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Monitor utility performance metrics and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Train and mentor team members on technical best practices
- Prepare maintenance reports and operational documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in facility maintenance with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of utility systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
- Certification in facility management or maintenance technology preferred
- Proven experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and team management skills
