Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise utility technicians across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan
- Coordinate emergency repairs and system breakdowns with minimal operational disruption
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance protocols
- Optimize utility operations through continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Prepare detailed reports on system performance, maintenance metrics, and team KPIs
- Foster a culture of safety and operational excellence within the team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/utility maintenance with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of utility systems, electrical schematics, and HVAC principles
- Proven track record in team supervision and performance management
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and CMMS systems
- Advanced problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
- Safety certifications (OSHA, K3) and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
