Technomed Asia is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Utility Technician to join our growing team in Bandung. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the oversight and maintenance of all workshop assets, ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on performing routine inspections and executing necessary repairs to prevent downtime and maximize productivity.
Collaboration is key to this position. You will act as the vital liaison between the workshop and other relevant departments, coordinating to ensure that maintenance schedules are met without disrupting the workflow. We are looking for a proactive professional who can manage inventory, troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues, and uphold our high standards of safety and quality assurance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of workshop tools, machinery, and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to schedule and perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reordering.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems within the workshop environment.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Document maintenance records and report equipment failures to the supervisor for further action.
- Assist in the general organization and cleanliness of the workshop facility.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a workshop, maintenance, or utility technician role.
- Strong working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-departmental coordination.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with basic safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
